This Cabernet Sauvignon was born in as organic vineyard in Osoyoos and was fermented in concrete tanks--it has seen no oak aging or additives.
Black currents mingle with cocoa dusted plums, freshly turned soil, violets, tealeaf brown spices and a wash of mint on the nose. It is medium-bodied+, has levity and flavours of plum skins, wild berries, earth, savoury spice and tobacco. Nice balance here, but freshness is the key.
